Hello, I am Lida Xu, currently an MFA student studying at SCAD’s Animation program. My biggest passion in art is visualization. I got inspiration from music, words, poems, and life experience then transformed the description and mood into seeable images.

My bachelor’s degree in visual communication enhanced my understanding of graphic design, which supports a lot of my layout/framing choices while I was working on a live-action film or comic book series.

I can work individually but I prefer working with people. It is always an enjoyment when you communicate with others about your ideas then you receive a better one! I am willing to offer my skills and be productive in a team!
